1. What are your weekend services like?

Each weekend at Lifehouse Church you’ll find a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with exciting contemporary worship music and a passionate, practical and engaging message.  You’ll also find a printed bulletin with an area where you can take notes which will help you make the most of each week’s teaching. Children are well cared for in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled Lifehouse Kids service.

2. What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money.  We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while - and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

3.  What do I wear to attend your services?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our weekend service.  Come in what is comfortable for you because Lifehouse is not about what you look like or what you wear.

4. Where are you located?

Lifehouse Church is located right off of Route 1 and located in the Konterra Business Park.  For more information, click here.

5. Do you have a midweek service?

We have an engaging and dynamic mid-week service which focuses on worship and Bible study in small groups.  Our special first Wednesday service occurs once a month and includes praise and worship, prayer and open communion.  We also have a Missionettes program for our girls ages 5-16.

6. What about my children?

At Lifehouse Church your children are a top priority.  Our nurseries are clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers.  We offer a dynamic children’s ministry and use the orange curriculum which helps parents to be engaged with what their child is learning.  We also offer life changing ministry to students from junior to high school. Small groups are an integral part of Lifehouse Church; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve experienced our life groups.  Life Groups allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationships with God. As Lifehouse church grows, life groups allow us to “stay small” and connected.  Life groups are available for all ages and interests- there’s bound to be one just right for you.  Learn more about why we are big on Life Groups, or stay tuned to find a group in our directory.

10. How do I get involved in a small group?

One of the easiest things to do at Lifehouse Church is to participate in a Life Group.  Life Groups meet throughout the DMV area and provide a place for Bible study, fellowship, encouragement and support.  Wherever you live, there’s a small group near you.  Stay tuned for our online directory and visit a small group weekly.
